BIRD'S-EYE VIEW (War of Races - perspectives for Russia, perspectives for the West) "Any problem can be observed from either mouse's hole or top of a hill or height of bird's-eye view" - L.N.Gumilev Increased fighting for leadership in the Russian Federation (RF) requires full attention of the radical opposition. If we want to understand many dispersed facts better, we'd rather look at them "from height" as Leo Gumilev advised. Let's begin from far away (as usual if you are looking from the height). Let's question, why and when the West started behave as politically correct and tolerant? Definitely not when the Beecher Stowe's "Uncle Tom's cabin" was written. It happened much later. When then? Indeed, the racial problems existed even at the time of Vietnam War, in late 1960s, as they were caused by the state policy of race discrimination itself. And at early 1960s, the Soviet media explored "scream stories" about assault made by French police over a few poor Arab immigrants. But now it's already the Arabs, who terrorize suburbs of the capital of France. Numbers of Arab and Turkish police officers in Germany are rapidly growing, while the German state propaganda explains the fact as good and lovely one. Why did the West change the course in ethno political affairs so suddenly? Is that flooding of colored aliens in the well developed countries really so lovely? No. It's not lovely at all. Even western mass media, stressed by the political correctness, talk about that. We wouldn't review all these issues. We would just remind the main facts, admitted through the clenched teeth. Firstly, the colored aliens don't want to be integrated in western civilized society. Contrary, they are up to imposing of their archaic behavior stereotypes to the society. Secondly, the colored aliens are functioning less and less as cheap unskilled workers. Today they earn for living mostly from the state welfare programs and from their own criminal activities rather then as of being recognized as the unskilled "blue collars". It's quite common opinion that the western economy can't survive without such "labor intervention" of colored immigrants because the white people simply lost their ability to work hard, especially as unskilled workers. However it's just a partial truth. In France, the followers of nationalist leader Le Pen, after the winning election in few municipalities, demonstrated that there is no lack of white French plumbers and street cleaners. But it's just a particular fact. To decline the idea that white people forgot how to work, we have an excellent example, which everybody is looking at but not seeing it. Corn farmers in USA are the white people. It's not so many of them, total number of farmers is about 2% of the USA population, and corn farmers are not all the farmers of USA. Well, those few farmers work themselves in their farms and feed almost half of the world. They produce 40% of the world's grain stock. Not bad, eh? So to re-establish a "white economy" of the West, the only thing is needed - a political will. Well, let's leave the West along and look at the rest of world. It's similar situation in there. Africa survives only by food donations of western countries. Arab Sheikhs earn money only because they own the oil field land, not because they produce something or at least organize the oil pumping (as it's done in Russia). Therefore all uncivilized world is being recognized more and more as some kind of huge parasite, which is being fed only because its land is full of resources. However, in the past the white people simply took these resources by force. Why did they suddenly become such politically correct and tolerant "kitty cats"? Because of the colored world had to be entertained well and dragged on their side. Dragged from whom? Obviously from the Soviets. Since the USSR always positioned itself as a "hope for all oppressed people on Earth". And it leaned on the third world in its withstanding against the West. It's well known fact. It was forgotten for a while, but even now some aged KGB generals sometimes, and not without proud, air on TV the phrases like "Victory of black people in RSA was deserved by USSR". In the midst of 20th century, the West-Soviet withstanding reached its culmination. Possible victory of Soviets was so real, that even such Soviet dissident as A.Zinoviev bitterly wrote about unavoidable world wide victory of socialism by the end of the century (these words from classic Zinoviev's novels were somehow forgotten in the recent time). So each factor was important in the withstanding against the Soviets. And the West reluctantly became more loyal to the colored world than even the "defender of all oppressed" was. But USSR collapsed! Why can't the West stop this temporary maneuver, why can't it turn back to the 19th century policy? Because the West is too inert and clumsy slow. It quickly got "detrained" after the victory over the Soviets. The West acknowledges the doctrine of "the golden billion", but it has no idea how to get rid of the colored ballast. Anglo-Saks West, in particular, is swamped in Iraq. And it can't work it out without help of countries like Ukraine or Georgia, even though the help is not so sufficient yet. But further would be worse. The West needs "technical" help even with this really local project. And even more sufficient help is needed with the global project. Who might bring such help? Russia. But Putin's Russia would prefer to play "back to the USSR" game instead. And supply Chavez with weapons, or quietly support Iran's nuclear ambitions. So how easy is to forget about political correctness and tolerance in situation like that? But by all means it must be forgotten. It is a must to decrease the Earth population to a billion or at least two billion. And those, who genetically cannot work in modern technical civilization, should be gotten rid of. We repeat, it is a "simple math" conclusion from the golden billion concept, which is secretly accepted by the western establishment. So who is the "ballast" to be sacrificed by this concept? Obviously, it's the third world countries, the less developed first of all, and/or the most aggressive toward the West. We can't escape a comment. Some anti-West "patriots" of Russia cry that the West is going to reduce the Earth population by the Russia's expense. What a crazy idea! From the golden billion concept point of view, the population has to be reduced by at least 3-4 billion. And 140 million of Russian citizens look like a drop of water in a sea. However it's quite real to make Russia an avant-garde troop in turnaround towards the 19th century ideals. The West is eager to break chains of tolerance and political correctness with somebody else help. There is no better candidate for this role than Russia. It tested communism (western origin by the way) on itself, and defeated fascism (western born as well). Now it might help to liberate the white world from the tolerance. Let's do a situation modeling. Let say, that Russian radical nationalists took power in Russia, however not the nationalists in general, but national-liberals, national-democrats. Individuals who deny imperial "historical Russia" in any content either tsarist or Soviet, who are types of Pole Kaczynski or Serb Kostunica. And what, such anti-imperial nationalists wouldn't set an example of merciless cleaning of the Rus' territory from the migrants? From the aliens not only from the C.I.S. but from Caucasus as well, which national-democrats are going to throw out of the state of Rus? The question is rhetorical. They will set such precedent that whole world would be amazed. Furthermore, let assume that some regional organized "blacks" would begin to terrorize Russia (sorry, from now on it's already Rus, as national-democrats talk about resurrection of the Rus state). And what, the radical Russian nationalists would respond on such terror by a military-political masturbation a-la Chechen Wars? No, please read the program NORNA and you'd be convinced that in such a situation (we indeed carry on the situation modeling here) the government of Russian Rus, without any doubt, will use : (how it could be said in a soft terms?) "all available modern technology to resolve such issue". It would simply destroy, as it's said in the program NORNA, everything which was threatening the Russian people safety. And such action would be the first on the row in bringing the world back to the good old "Gunboat Diplomacy", but only on the modernized level. And again, the precedent would be settled. And such example would be set namely by Rus. Then the West would find it as more suitable, after a little bit of hypocrisy, "to accept the new reality", which would be extremely advantageous for the West and long wished by the West. Since the white West would take all what it needed from the Earth cleansed from the demographic ballast (a dream of the golden billion concept creators). But would be such Rus a threat to the West? No. Since the national-democratic idea is laid on the aspiration to make the Rus an essential part of the West. Furthermore, with the help of such formally neutral (in contrast to Kasyanovs and Kasparovs) national-radical element, the West (by indirectly helping it) would be able to put a pressure on all the political players on the Russian scene and therefore to control the Russian crisis. Let assume that some forces in the West would decide to play this variant of development of the events, perhaps the same direct and frank way, as we do it now. Perhaps, it's just a vague tendency, not firmly realized yet, but already dominating the subconscious mind. It's not important though. What important is that let say (just assume it!) all this is taking place. What is required for that Russian radical (don't confuse it with Kasparov and Kasyanov) national-democrats would grasp power in the Russian Federation? The following is required: - to guarantee a collapse of Putin's regime, not Putin personally but namely his regime; - to support (from an unexpected side) those social tendencies which characterize national-democratic idea. What do we see in the recent days? Firstly, it's pederasty scandal around Putin. Article, describing the president of the RF as a gay, was taken by the British newspaper Daily Mail from a marginal Russian website and re-printed. Next, the idea was undertaken by influential British newspaper Independent. Then it was debated on the American NBC (watched by 50 million people). Yes, the West is tolerant. But there are no gays at the highest levels of power in the West. Public discussion of the idea that Putin is gay tells us that he was declared outlaw. Openly, clearly, well articulated. So what, this almost "officially declared" as outlaw would be supported by other bosses of Russian Federation, whose money is under control by those who made this declaration? No. They are following the order to "sit quietly". They even might take an initiative. By the way, anti-Putin low profile actions in highest levels of power of Russian Federation already started taking place. Thus suddenly Barsukov & Kumarin were arrested. Zolotov, head of Tambov criminal group and at the same time the close friend of chief of the Putin's bodyguard service, was suddenly arrested too. All this made Mr. President so nervous that he emerged to break his vacation in Sochi and met in Moscow with Chayka and Patrushev (Attorney General and chief of Federal Security Service - FSS). It sounded like "What is going on in here when I am away?!" Indeed, for the God's sake, isn't it quite enough that gay scandal, and what if the information about ties between Kremlin establishment and Tambov organized crime would be posted as well? And after all, what lead Putin to the supreme power? Caucasian events did. Caucasian collaborationists like Kadyrov are the main supporters, the base props of Putin's regime. Well, then how would be such supporters feeling while facing their own people, when the information about whom they were "propping" would be delivered to the each ordinary "propping man" in their community? They would feel really bad. Some opponents might say that such information would be blocked in the RF. We agree. However, the information would come to Caucasus not from the RF but from Arab and Muslim world. And in general, such move sufficiently complicates all kind of games which Putin has been trying to play with Muslims. Do we have fresh confirmations that events are being developed this way? Yes, we have. Information about the gay scandal was already published at the www.KavkazCenter.com. The Chechen police in Grozny was put on the high alert recently. Some families are fleeing the town in expectation of new attack. Why so? Well, it's simply because Mr. Kadyrov's business was jeopardized shortly after the gay scandal. So the attack on Putin and his favorite Caucasian allies did strike home. Let's put a dot over "i". Author really doesn't care about real degree of blue for the Mr. President. We are just analyzing somebody else game. And repeat that in modern world the truth is not what is true, but what was declared such on TV. And the western TV definitely recognized Mr. Putin as gay. However, the discrediting of Putin is not just the strike against him and his regime. It is the strike on all "semi-oppositionists", all "constructive critics" of the regime, all patriots-supporters of Imperial Russia. Because they touched base with Putin too many times and were so close to him. And a nick name "imperasts" will be a stick on them even more firmly then ever. Such squall discrediting of Putin contributes well to the cleaning of whole opposition from the "imperasts". But objectively, who is gaining from such the cleaning, whose interests is it for? It's in the interests of national-radicals, in the interests of anti-imperial Russian nationalists. And now the second thing - support of Russian radical nationalism from not expected side. Publishing house Yauza issued new book "Not Chechen boys. Not Tajik girls". Author is Dmitry Sokolov-Mitrich, journalist of newspaper Izvestia. It is the documentary with lot of proofs about genocide of Russians in Russia. Genocide, carried on by Caucasians (with some Gypsies taking part of it) and with connivance of the RF police. I won't retell the book. I'll just note that in the early 1990s predecessor of recent national-democrats, the National Republican Party of Russia (NRPR), was scrupulously collecting such facts and spread the information by leaflets. Those leaflets were recognized as very effective by our enemies and our competitors. But the book by Sokolov-Mitrich is much more informative, proving and harsh by the collection of facts, then all the leaflets of NRPR all together! Just one example - NRPR proclaimed in the leaflets that over 70% of all serious crimes in RF were committed by the Caucasians against the Russians. Now Sokolov-Mitrich disclosed statistics which corrects the NRPR "extreme" figures. It's not over 70% of all serious crimes, but over 90% of them. And it's written not by national-radical, but by the journalist of respectable Izvestia. And it's published in "Yauza", which is being controlled (as all the mass media) you know by whom. We face real "indirect intelligence probe" of radical turnaround in views at this theme of certain circles. Why did it happen? And who initiated it? Perhaps those who initiated the gay scandal of Putin? And it is already the tendency. Do the objects of this attack realize that? They realized it, indeed. They started fussing. Just in the recent days we witnessed two events which could be interpreted as that the regime was ready to surrender. Of course it happened "after the fact, not necessarily because of that". However the last one usually takes place. Exactly after the gay scandal, the RF authorities announced that they were ready to immediately transfer the Russian radar station at Gabalin under American jurisdiction (earlier they talked only about mutual utilization of it). And immediately after that they ceased the ordinary performers of Politkovskaya murder (according to the Russian investigators). And a lieutenant colonel of FSS is among the suspects. But the US Department of State praised the Russian authorities for that pretty calmly. And it waits for further sacrifices. Probably, the lieutenant colonel of FSS is not enough. Probably, generals are required at least. Or maybe even that one who gives orders to the generals? However, we have been diverted. Let's better evaluate the magnitude of this surrender which already happened. With these steps the regime is positioning itself more and more away from its "faithful enforcement", on whose support it could only lean yet. But it was pushed to follow this path in order to avoid a strengthening of pressure from the West. But as the US response demonstrated, such surrender does not satisfy the opposition to Kremlin from the West anymore. They need not the surrender, but CAPITULATION. Kremlin is not ready for the capitulation yet. It is snapping. It is talking about placing the nuclear weapon in Belarus. But "not co-operating with the authority is only making the suspect even guiltier". So such hysterical kicks from the Kremlin side would only lead to even more harsh pressure on it. But if our evaluation is correct, then with SUCH support, the replacement of Euro-Asian multinational Russian Federation by the Russian national Rus - is a done deal. Translated by Max |
